Brownfields Program
The City of Missoula Brownfields Program assists in the assessment and clean up of properties that have the potential presence of a hazardous substance to encourage redevelopment and reuse. The program follows standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Montana Department of Environmental Quality.

For profit entities are required to fill out a Loan Pre-Application (PDF), while non profit entities may fill out a Grant Pre-Application (PDF).
