New Hire Paperwork
What to Bring on Your First Day of Employment
In order to complete new hire paperwork, please bring the following with you on your first day of work with the City of Missoula:
- Valid driver's license
- Voided check to enroll in direct deposit of paycheck
- Social Security card, birth certificate, or unexpired passport in order to verify employment eligibility in the United States. If you do not have any of these documents contact Human Resources for assistance
- Dependent and beneficiary information for health insurance and retirement benefits
- Names
- Addresses
- Birth dates
- Social Security numbers
