Current Projects

The City of Missoula has been engaged in open space planning and conservation since the 1970s. The most recent open space bond, which was passed by an overwhelming majority of Missoula County voters in 2006, has supported a wide variety of open space conservation projects. The City manages over 4000 acres of conservation lands and public open space in the City’s open space planning region.
