- West Broadway Island
West Broadway Island is a unique community resource and a place of relaxation and respite for Westside and Northside residents. We aim to make the park a safe, welcoming place for all and protect the area's natural resources.
The Island is open for day use only, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. or sunset (whichever is earlier.) The area is not safe or appropriate for overnight camping.
The City of Missoula does not sanction unsafe living environments for our unsheltered residents. Please call 911 to report illegal camping; the City's Homeless Outreach Team will educate and assist unhoused residents.
To report trespassing, illegal camping or an emergency, please call 911. For non-emergency questions or concerns, contact the Missoula Police Department at contactmpd@ci.missoula.mt.us.
If you have questions, comments or concerns about the management of West Broadway Island, please email us at parksrec@ci.missoula.mt.us.
