Planning & Engineering Division

The Planning & Engineering Division is composed of the engineering personnel and functions from the Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater utilities and the Transportation Planning and Engineering sections. This structure streamlines processes by aligning transportation functions with the Department's engineering components to improve efficiency, productivity, and communication.
