Water Aerobics
Water aerobics is a low-impact exercise that is easy on your joints, increases your flexibility, improves cardio health, and tones muscles. All fitness levels welcome, no swimming skill required. Drop-in, no pre-registration, regular admission fees. Classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted. Ages 16+, fee is regular pool admission.
