  1. 1 A vehicle is parked the opposite direction of other vehicles that are parked parallel to the curb
  2. 2 A vehicle is backed into an angled space.

10.22.050 Wrong Direction violations will only escalate on other 10.22.050 Wrong Direction violations. Escalation will reset if there is not a repeated violation within 365 days.
