Responsibilities

The Public Works Committee handles subjects concerning the infrastructure of the City (i.e., streets, sewers, sidewalks, and transportation issues). In addition, they also handle matters regarding the Cable TV franchise agreements and Cemetery.

Oversees the following departments:

• Public Works Department
• Parking Commission

Works with the following Boards and Commissions:

• Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board
• Building Code Board of Appeals
• Cemetery Board
• Parking Commission
